For many years I have searched and searched for better ways to live my life and maintain my health. One area of particular concern was medications. Being a nurse and trained according to traditional medical principles I grew concerned about what all of the medicines were doing to the human body. I discovered that taking drugs was doing nothing more than treating the symptoms rather than the cause and often left side effects that made one wonder if the treatment was worth it.



I spent many years looking for options. I am a firm believer that supplements help keep me healthy and are a good way to prevent illness. Over time I learned about energy and found that everything is made up of energy.
